5 Healthy and Practical Breakfast

Beginning the day with breakfast may provide you to spend the whole day more energetic and healthier. According to the research, the ones beginning the day with breakfast are both healthier and fitter. Hereby, I would like to share with you 5 different breakfast alternatives both practical and healthy today.

1. For the ones who cannot give up traditional breakfast

1 egg (boiled or omelette without oil on the pan)
1 slice of cheese
Tomatoes, cucumber, greens, pepper
4-5 olives
1-2 slice of whole grain bread

2. The ones who loves doing sports

2 eggs white, 1 whole egg, omelette with 3 tablespoons of oat
10 nuts
1-2 tablespoons of curd cheese
Tomatoes, cucumber, greens, pepper

3. The ones following different tastes

1 tea glass of milk
1 and half tablespoons of chia seed
1 dessert spoon of cinnamon
1 dessert spoon of honey
3 dried apricots
1 dessert spoon of coconut
3 whole walnuts

Milk and chia seed are mixed and put in the fridge before a night. Cinnamon, honey, coconut and dried apricots are added upon it and mixed. You can eat up by adding walnuts.

4. The ones who are energetic and fast

1 bowl of yoghurt
2 tablespoons of pomegranates
2 tablespoons of oak
1 dessert spoon of cinnamon
10 almonds

5. For alligator pear Lovers

1 egg
1 and half alligator pear
1 and half bunch of parsley
1 and half lemon
3 walnuts
